It was a packed second day of the workplace analytics, AI, and ethics course I'm teaching at MIT, but I was still able to listen to some talks for my #AcademicRunPlaylist!

Today I listened to the first day of the National Bureau of Economic Research labor studies conference (ironically running simultaneously only a few blocks away!), with notable talks by Pauline Carry (conflict in "separations by mutual agreement" dismissals in France) and Christina Patterson (earnings instability at the monthly level) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gJVxNBpwJpA
