I had a great day kicking off the MIT Professional Education workplace analytics, AI, and ethics course, and on the way to and from campus I was able to listen to some great talks for my #AcademicRunPlaylist!

Today I listened to the last day of the National Bureau of Economic Research digital economics and artificial intelligence conference. I highly recommend the whole day, and I particularly liked the talks by Xiang Hui (short-term effects of generative AI on employment), Walter Zhang (optimal comprehensible targeting), and Adam Harris (human decision making with machine prediction) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5ibIK1-XoAc
